Organic Manure – It is also called coconut fibre, is a natural fibre extracted from the husk of coconut. Coir is the fibrous material found between the hard, internal shell and the outer coat of a coconut. Other uses of brown coir (made from ripe coconut) are in upholstery padding, sacking and horticulture.
Cocopeat brick is a bundle of organic tiny particle which is obtained from coconut husk while separating fibre from husk. Cocopeat is a multipurpose growing medium made out of coconut husk. The fibrous coconut husk is pre washed, machine dried, sieved and made free from sand.

The main problem of water logging and soil hardening can easily be overcome by use of coco soil, mix 30% cocopeat soil with regular soil.
The germination is better as it provides perfect climate for root development. 30% coco soil can be used with regular soil.
Use of coco soil ensures less heat build-up, more air circulation and allows better working in soil.
Plant the cutting or seedlings directly into coco soil for better results. You can also mix it with soil in ratio 30-60%. In tissue culture the plantlets can be directly grown in coco soil. In grafting process coco soil itself can be pasted over the joint to obtain excellent results.
